to the nature of our products, they can only be shipped to
inside the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii are
not included). Please refer to Shipping
Information for more details regarding shipping.
Placing an order
with Gift Basket Paradise indicates acceptance of all the
terms and policies stated herein.
Any order shipped
to Pennsylvania is charged the applicable sales tax.
If for
some reason you need to change the shipping address after
your order is shipped or the shipping address that you provide
us is incorrect, your credit card will be charged a $12.50
address change fee that is assessed from the carrier.
Returns
Satisfaction is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that someone
is not satisfied, we will replace the gift or refund the
gift-givers money less shipping costs. Please contact us
at the email address listed below so we may contact you
regarding return of the gift basket.
In case of damage, it may need to be verified by the carrier.
Due to the circumstances beyond our control, we will not
replace chocolates that have been damaged (meltage) in shipping.
In the event that the gift basket was undeliverable due
to being refused, bad address or non availability of the
recipient and returned to us, a refund of 50% of the total
price paid less all shipping costs (includes shipping to
and return to us and any address correction fees) will be
given.
Substitutions
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find
the need to at various times throughout the year. The image
of each gift basket is a representation of what the gift
you receive will resemble and the contents pictured may
not be exact. Also, not all packaging may look identical
to the products photographed as designer packaging does
change quite frequently. Based on availability, the baskets
might be a little lighter or darker than the photograph.
Based on availability, similar food products will be substituted.
For example, cookies from one baker might be replaced with
cookies from another baker. The package will be different
but the overall gift will remain the same. Contents included
each basket are listed on the individual product page. In
addition, our ability to ship chocolate depends on the weather.
During warm months, chocolate cookies will be substituted
for traditional chocolates.
